struggling

For this project we were challenged to only use the exact color shades that are used in printer cartage ink to paint with. The theme was to be one of an artist struggling to use this medium organically instead of the way a computer plugs pixels into place. 
I put the original colors around the eye socket and all of my color exploration around the back of the skull.
It was a fun piece.
