well... im no fan of Bellatrix (even an imitated version) but I myself don't like to be kept waiting by privillaged goblins dropping beuraucratic stipulations on me just because I am a magical "half breed"! Honnestly- you'd think the members of another group of magical creatures would be sympathetic.
